酒店业的人才流动是一种常见的现象,在酒店行业竞争不断激烈的形势下,这种现象变得更明显。酒店业人才流动过大已经成为影响酒店业稳定健康发展的主要问题之一。人才流失对酒店业的影响是多方面的,可能会影响到酒店的品牌,使得员工的忠诚度和凝聚力降低,而且直接威胁到酒店企业的生存与发展。本文从社会、组织和个人三个层面分析酒店人才流失的原因,并进一步探究了防止酒店人才流失的针对性对策。
The flow of talent in the hospitality industry is a common phenomenon that has become even more pronounced in the increasingly competitive hotel industry. The excessive flow of talent in the hotel industry has become one of the major problems affecting the stable and healthy development of the hotel industry. The impact of brain drain on the hotel industry is multifaceted, which may affect the brand of the hotel, reduce employee loyalty and cohesion, and directly threaten the survival and development of hotel companies. This article analyzes the causes of the loss of hotel talents from three aspects of society, organization and individual, and further explores the countermeasures to prevent the loss of hotel talents.
