青霉素钠是一种常用抗生素,其干燥粉末性状稳定,但配成水溶液后则极不稳定。因此,临床上要求其水溶液应现用现配,并立即用完。基于青霉钠水溶液的化学性质易发生变化这一情况,我们对注射用青霉素钠水溶液旋光度进行测定,以观察其光学方面的物理性质是否有变化,结果发现,对不同浓度的青霉素钠水溶液其旋光度均随时间有较明显的变化,这种变化在一定时间内具有某种规律性,并且同药理学上青霉素钠注射液在人体血浆药物浓度达到高峰的时间规律上具有某种关联。
