2341份东北地区大豆品种的脂肪平均含量19.15%(±2.03)。分析研究结果表明:大豆脂肪含量与栽培类型、种皮色、粒形、脐色、籽粒大小、结荚习性、叶形、花色、茸毛色等植物学性状有一定相关。其趋势是栽培大豆脂肪含量高于半栽培大豆,黄大豆高于深色大豆.粒圆或椭圆形高于其他粒形,淡褐或黄脐、中粒脂肪含量高,亚有限或无限花序高于有限花序,尖叶高于圆叶,白花高于紫花,灰色茸毛高于棕色茸毛。研究结果认为,本地区黄大豆育成品种是理想的高油亲本资源,高脂肪含量与商品品质在育种方向上是一致的,亚有限或无限结荚习性、尖叶、灰色茸毛、中粒、粒圆或椭圆形、淡褐或黄脐可作为选择高油后代的参考性状。
The average fat content of 2341 northeast soybean varieties was 19.15% (± 2.03). The results of the analysis showed that there was a correlation between the fat content of soybean and the botanical characters such as the type of cultivation, seed coat color, grain shape, umbilical color, grain size, pod habit, leaf shape, flower color and velvet color. The trend is that the cultivated soybean fat content is higher than that of the semi-cultivated soybean, the yellow soybean is higher than the dark soybeans, the grain round or oval is higher than other grain shapes, light brown or yellow umbilical, medium grain fat content is high, sub-limited or infinite inflorescence height In finite inflorescences, pointed leaves above leaves, white leaves above violet, gray hair above brown hair. The results showed that the yellow soybean cultivars in this area are the ideal high-oil parent resources. The high fat content and the quality of the products are consistent in the breeding direction. The sub-limited or unlimited pod habit, sharp leaf, gray hair, medium grain, Round or oval, light brown or yellow umbilical can be used as a reference selection of high oil offspring.
