In 1991, the British Hampshire Archives conducted a large-scale survey of users visiting the pavilion, the first such survey in the Hampshire region. The main achievement of the Hampshire Archives from 1991 to 1993 was to explore new ways of user needs, management, and feedback on user satisfaction.
