广东地质主要为河海沉积软弱层、冲洪积层、风化残积土、沉积岩、高强度岩浆岩、地质断裂带等。在高渗透性砂层中施工,盾构机刀盘刀具磨损严重,通常无法进行常压开舱,往往需要进行泥膜气压开舱,而泥膜质量直接关系到土舱的密闭性。本文主要依据莞惠城际轨道交通工程GZH-12标工程实际,阐述了通过对砂层渗透性进行改良、高压反复制造泥膜等措施,可有效解决在高渗透性地层中气压开舱泥膜制造困难等一系列问题。
