《中国工会章程》明确规定:工会的基本职责是维护职工合法权益。那么,煤炭企业工会怎样才能在实际工作中发挥职能、主动依法科学维权、最大限度地代表和维护职工的基本权益和根本利益呢?一、依法科学维护职工的民主政治权利一是要推进企业民管维权创新。工会要围绕“在党政中有地位、在职工中有威信、在企业中有形象、在社会上有影响”的“四有”工作目标,创新民主管理监督机制,坚持和完善职工代表大会制度,落实好职工的知情权、审议权、通过权、决定权、评议权,切实抓好矿务、区务、科务、班务公开,使公开内容、范围、形式、时间科学化、系统化、多样化、制度化。
