针对天钢高线原加热炉投产后的现状进行分析,找出了解决加热炉蓄热式换向系统缺陷的改进方法。重点介绍了在基本不改变炉体结构、平面布置的前提下,仅对换向系统关键设备及其控制系统进行优化的过程,及优化后的技术特点与应用效果。
According to the analysis of the present situation of the original heating furnace of Tianxing Steel after it was put into operation, an improved method to solve the defects of the regenerative reversing system of heating furnace was found out. The process of optimizing only the key equipment of reversing system and its control system, and the optimized technical features and application effects are mainly introduced under the premise of basically not changing the structure and layout of the furnace.
