6月1日起,国家在全国范围内对距上次交易时间不足2年的房产买卖交易征收5%的营业税后,房产投机交易有了较为明显的反应,各地的房地产市场均出现了交易大幅放缓的迹象。杭州市五月新开楼盘的销售速度降为日均20套,尚不及第一季度销售速度的2/3。上海市自4月份以来,全市19个区域中有12个区域住宅均价下跌,11个区域成交量减少。
