建立高效液相色谱法测定扑尔敏乳膏的含量。采用XTerra C18色谱柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),以乙腈-水-三乙胺(15∶80∶1.5)用0.03mol/L pH=1的磷酸溶液调节pH值至3.0为流动相,检测波长为264nm,流速1.0mL.min-1,柱温30℃,用外标法测定。马来酸氯苯那敏在10—90mg.mL-1范围内呈良好线性(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.95%,RSD为0.46%,主成分两峰分离度良好。该方法简便、快速,测定结果准确、可靠,可作为该制剂质量控制的有效方法。
To establish HPLC determination of chlorpheniramine cream content. Chlorphenamine maleate showed a good linearity (r = 0.9999) in the range of 10-90 mg.mL-1 with an average recovery of 99.95% and a RSD of 0.46%. The peak separation of the two main components was good. The method is simple and rapid, the determination result is accurate and reliable, and can be used as an effective method for the quality control of the preparation.
