建立牦犀胶颗粒的质量标准。利用薄层色谱法及HPLC分别对牦犀胶颗粒中的黄芪、熟地进行定性鉴别。运用HPLC测定阿魏酸的含量。采用C_(18)柱,流动相为甲醇-0.1%冰乙酸(30:70,V/V),检测波长为321nm。结果表明,黄芪薄层色谱分离度较好,熟地HPLC梓醇色谱峰空白无干扰,阿魏酸的线性范围为0.15—1.5μg(r=0.9998,n=7),平均回收率为102.20%。所建立的定性、定量方法简单、准确、专属性强、重现性良好,可有效控制牦犀胶颗粒的质量。
Establish the quality standard of SAC gel particles. The TLC and HPLC were used to qualitatively identify Astragalus membranaceus and Rehmannia glutinosa in the SAC gelatin granules. The content of ferulic acid was determined by HPLC. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1% glacial acetic acid (30:70, V / V) at a C_ (18) column with a detection wavelength of 321 nm. The results showed that the chromatographic separation of Astragalus membranaceus was good. The chromatographic peak of catalpol had no interference with the blank. The linear range of ferulic acid was 0.15-1.5μg (r = 0.9998, n = 7). The average recovery was 102.20%. The established qualitative and quantitative methods are simple, accurate, specific and reproducible, and can effectively control the quality of the yang rhinoceros gel particles.
