近年来研究发现常压高浓度氧(NBO)治疗可能对急性脑缺血有保护作用。磁共振成像(MRI)是评价脑缺血的重要手段,包括弥散加权成像(DWI)、灌注加权成像(PWI)和波谱成像(MRS)。本文就MRI在NBO脑缺血保护机制的研究进展做一综述。
In recent years, studies have found that atmospheric pressure and high concentration of oxygen (NBO) treatment may have a protective effect on acute cerebral ischemia. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is an important means of evaluating cerebral ischemia, including diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI), perfusion-weighted imaging (PWI) and spectroscopic imaging (MRS). This article reviews the research progress of MRI in cerebral ischemia protection mechanism of NBO.
