目的:采用反相高效液相色谱法测定薏仁肠肽胶囊中人参皂苷Rg1和三七皂苷R1含量。方法:采用色谱柱为Agilent ZE-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(17∶83)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长为203 nm。结果:人参皂苷Rg1在0.4~10.1μg呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 8,三七皂苷R1在0.1~2.5μg呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 8,人参皂苷Rg1平均回收率99.96%,RSD为0.25%,三七皂苷R1平均回收率100.03%,RSD为0.23%。结论:本法可同时测定薏仁肠肽胶囊中人参皂苷Rg1和三七皂苷R1含量,方法可靠、准确。
Objective: To determine the contents of ginsenoside Rg1 and notoginsenoside R1 in barley enteric-coated capsules by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. METHODS: The Agilent ZE-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (17:83) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1 and a detection wavelength of 203 nm. Results: Ginsenoside Rg1 showed a good linear relationship at 0.4 ~ 10.1μg, r = 0.999 8, and the calibration curve of notoginsenoside R1 showed good linearity at 0.1 ~ 2.5μg, r = 0.999 8, the average recovery of ginsenoside Rg1 was 99.96% RSD 0.25%, notoginsenoside R1 100.03% average recovery, RSD 0.23%. Conclusion: This method can determine the contents of ginsenoside Rg1 and notoginsenoside R1 in barley enteric-coated capsules simultaneously. The method is reliable and accurate.
