利用搅拌摩擦焊对5052-H34铝合金进行焊接,采用光学显微镜和透射电镜分析了焊接接头处的显微组织和位错,利用静态拉伸测试焊接试样的力学性能。研究发现:接头搅拌区显示为等轴细小晶粒,其位错密度低于母材;与母材相比,平行于焊缝的拉伸试样的最大拉伸应力降低了15 MPa,伸长率却提高了12%,垂直于焊缝的拉伸试样的最大拉伸应力比母材小25 MPa,但伸长率提高不明显。
The 5052-H34 aluminum alloy was welded by friction stir welding. The microstructure and dislocation of the welded joints were analyzed by optical microscope and transmission electron microscope. The mechanical properties of the welded specimens were tested by static tensile test. The results show that the stir zone of the joint shows fine equiaxed grains and the dislocation density is lower than the base metal. Compared with the base metal, the maximum tensile stress of the tensile specimen parallel to the weld joint decreases by 15 MPa, But the rate was increased by 12%. The maximum tensile stress of the tensile specimen perpendicular to the weld seam was 25 MPa less than that of the parent material, but the increase of elongation was not obvious.
