随着经济全球化和知识经济时代的到来,企业生存竞争日益激烈,为增强企业竞争力,企业不得不通过制定合理的企业战略,实施行之有效的管理以在激烈的竞争环境中占有一席之地。在此基础上,绩效管理作为企业人力资源管理的核心部分,被作一个重要课题摆在了各大企业面前。本文选取了电力行业这一具有国企背景的特殊行业作为研究课题,阐述了电力企业实施考核的背景,分析了电力系统考核过程中存在的问题,有针对性地提出科学建议,将企业标杆管理(benchmarking)这一新型的绩效考核方法在电力系统中予以大力推广。作为广大相似背景的企业进行绩效考核的借鉴和参考。
