工程机械零部件的面漆化工艺是指在整机装配之前,在零部件表面喷涂底漆和面漆使其达到整机装配水平的一种喷涂工艺。采用面漆化工艺,不但能够解决传统整机涂装中存在的一些难题,而且有助于提高产品的外观质量。1.传统喷涂工艺传统的生产流程中,零部件在装配成整机之前只进行底漆喷涂。底漆涂层的作用有2点:一是用于零部件防锈,二是作为整机面漆的底漆涂层。采用这种传统工艺流程的优点是:整机聩涂时面积大,节约喷涂涂料,工艺成熟,不易产生漆膜色差问题。但在实际操作中,传统工艺存在以下弊端:一
