目的 :建立高效液相色谱液测定不同品种前胡中香豆素含量。方法 :HPLC法HyporsilDDSC18柱 ( 4 .6mm× 2 5 0mm ,5 μm) ,流动相为乙腈 - 0 .1%磷酸溶液 ( 2 0∶80 ) ,流速 0 .8ml·min-1,检测波长 32 2nm。结果 :7 羟基香豆素在 0 .5 35～4 2 .8μg范围 ,峰面积与浓度呈良好线性关系 ,平均回收率为99.0 % ,RSD 3.2 %。结论 :本方法简单 ,快速 ,可用于前胡的质量控制
Objective : To establish a HPLC method for the determination of coumarin in different varieties of Qianhu. Method: HPLC method HyporsilDDSC18 column (4.6mm × 250mm, 5μm), mobile phase of acetonitrile - 0. 1% phosphoric acid solution (20:80), flow rate 0.8ml · min-1, detection wavelength 32 2nm . Results : 7 hydroxycoumarin ranged from 0.55 to 42.8μg. The peak area and concentration showed a good linear relationship. The average recovery was 99.0 % and RSD 3.2%. Conclusion : This method is simple, rapid and can be used for quality control of Peucedanum prainup
