应用二维数字图像处理技术,对采用Marshall击实、振动压实、旋转压实和轮碾压实等不同压实方法沥青混合料内部结构特性进行了分析和评价,并与真实路面结构内部特性进行对比。发现不同成型方法得到的沥青混合料试件内部体积特性差异较大。结果表明数字图像处理技术可以很好地评价沥青混合料的内部结构特性。提出了数字图像处理技术对于促进沥青混合料设计与生产技术进步的可行性与重要性,并对这一技术的发展做了预测。
The internal structure characteristics of asphalt mixture with compaction methods such as Marshall compaction, vibration compaction, rotary compaction and wheel compaction were analyzed and evaluated by using 2D digital image processing technology. The internal structure characteristics of the asphalt mixture were compared with those of real pavement structure comparing. It is found that the internal volume characteristics of asphalt mixture specimens obtained by different forming methods are quite different. The results show that digital image processing technology can well evaluate the internal structural characteristics of asphalt mixture. The feasibility and importance of digital image processing technology for promoting the design and production technology of asphalt mixture are put forward, and the development of this technology is predicted.
