利用SolidWorks建立了三维车削模型,基于DEFORM-3D软件对车削过程进行了仿真模拟,得出了刀具在车削过程中的磨损数据,利用BP神经网络对数据进行了曲线拟合,得出了刀具磨损预测曲线图。
