目的探讨绿茶对飞行人员血脂、血压的影响。方法采用问卷法了解飞行人员有无饮绿茶史、饮茶年限及每日饮茶杯数(泡茶次数),计量数据经统计学处理。结果饮茶组飞行人员的总胆固醇(TC)浓度显著低于对照组(<0.01),其三酰甘油(TG)浓度也低于对照组(<0.01)。饮茶组飞行人员的收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP)均低于对照组(<0.01)。结论飞行人员长期适量饮绿茶对降低血脂和血压有一定的效果,对飞行人员心血管疾病具有一定的预防作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of green tea on the blood fat and blood pressure of pilots. Methods The questionnaire method was used to understand the history of pilots drinking green tea, the duration of tea drinking and the number of tea cups (tea making) daily, and the data were statistically analyzed. Results The total cholesterol (TC) of flight crew members in tea-drinking group was significantly lower than that in control group (<0.01), and the triglyceride (TG) concentration was also lower than that of control group (<0.01). Systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) were lower in the tea drinkers than in the control group (<0.01). Conclusion The flight crew moderate amount of drinking green tea for a long time can reduce blood fat and blood pressure to a certain extent, and it has a certain preventive effect on the cardiovascular diseases of pilots.
