目的观察高强度超声(HIU)对肿瘤细胞和增生血管的破坏作用。方法采用HE染色、内皮细胞生物素标记的荆豆凝集素Ⅰ(UEAI)免疫组织化学染色和电镜检查,观察HIU对兔VX_2肝脏肿瘤营养血管破坏的情况。结果HE染色显示,HIU治疗后肿瘤营养血管和肿瘤组织发生凝固性坏死,靶组织UEAI染色为阴性,电镜观察肿瘤微血管结构完全破坏。结论HIU能破坏肿瘤营养血管,防止血管再生,从而有可能抑制肿瘤的再生和转移。
Objective To observe the damaging effect of high intensity ultrasound (HIU) on tumor cells and hyperplastic blood vessels. Methods HE staining, endothelial cell biotin-labeled UEAI immunohistochemical staining and electron microscopy were used to observe the destruction of nutrient vessels in VX_2 liver tumors in rabbits by HIU. Results Hematoxylin-eosin staining showed that coagulation and necrosis of tumor nutrition vessels and tumor tissues were observed after HIU treatment, and UEAI staining of target tissues was negative. The structure of tumor microvessels was completely destroyed by electron microscopy. Conclusion HIU can destroy the tumor nutrient vessels and prevent the regeneration of blood vessels, which may inhibit the regeneration and metastasis of the tumor.
