目的 研究大鼠经次声作用后下丘脑中 HSP70的表达 .方法 SD大鼠先经 8Hz,1 2 0 d B次声作用 2 h,然后分为8组 ,每组 3只 .分别于次声作用后 0 .5 ,1 ,2 ,3,4,5 ,6和7h后取下丘脑 ,通过 Western blotting技术检测 HSP70的表达 . 2组对照组 ,1组放入次声压力仓 ,但无次声作用 ;另 1组既不放入次声压力仓 ,也无次声作用 .结果 与 2组对照比较 ,次声作用 2 h后 ,随时间延长 ,HSP70表达呈升高趋势 .结论 HSP70参与了次声应激后机体的反应机制
Objective To study the expression of HSP70 in rat hypothalamus after infrasound.Methods SD rats were subjected to infrasound at 8 Hz and 120 days respectively for 2 hours and then divided into 8 groups with 3 rats in each group.The infrasound After 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 h, the hypothalamus was removed and the expression of HSP70 was detected by Western blotting. The control group and the second group were placed in infrasound pressure chamber, And the other one group neither into the infrasound pressure chamber nor infrasound effect.Results Compared with the two groups, the HSP70 expression increased with the extension of time after infrasound for 2 h.Conclusion HSP70 is involved in Response mechanism of infrasound after the infrasound
