“为了每一位学生的发展”是新课程的核心理念。在这一理念的指引下,教师不再是严肃、不苟言笑、不可亲近的权威者,而是以能倾听学生的不同见解、尊重学生个性,同时也能进行自我反思的新形象面向全体学生。教师应由教学中的主角转向“平等中的首席”。数学课上,教师形象的转变,给学生提供了宽松、自由、民主的学习氛围,能充分发挥学生的学习潜能,学生的主体地位得到强化,更有益于学
“For every student’s development ” is the core concept of the new curriculum. Under the guidance of this concept, teachers are no longer solemn, stern and inaccessible authorities. Instead, teachers are oriented toward all students with a new image that can listen to students’ different opinions, respect student’s personality, and also reflect on themselves. Teachers should be changed from the protagonist in teaching to “chief of equality”. In math class, the change of teacher image provides students with a relaxed, free and democratic atmosphere of learning, which can give full play to students ’potential for learning.
