本文用热压缩试验方法研究了碳化硅晶须增强6061铝合金(SiCw/6061Al)的高温变形行为。研究结果表明:SiCw/6061Al 复合材料的压缩强度随着形变温度的升高和形变速率的降低而单调下降;复合材料的临界压下量(导致试样开裂的最大压下量)随形变温度的升高而增大,因形变速率增大而减小,当形变速率大于0.01/s 后,临界压下量的减小趋势变弱;SiCw//6061Al 复合材料热压缩变形曲线上出现峰值,这并非动态再结晶的标志,而是由晶须在热变形过程中发生转动造成的。
In this paper, the high temperature deformation behavior of SiC whisker reinforced 6061 aluminum alloy (SiCw / 6061Al) was investigated by hot compression test. The results show that the compressive strength of SiCw / 6061Al composites decreases monotonously with the increase of deformation temperature and the decrease of deformation rate. The critical reduction of composite (the maximum reduction of cracking) When the deformation rate is greater than 0.01 / s, the decreasing trend of the critical reduction becomes weaker; the peak value of the hot compression deformation curve of SiCw // 6061Al composite material appears It is not a sign of dynamic recrystallization, but rather caused by the rotation of whiskers during hot deformation.
