目的 探讨 2型糖尿病 (Diabetesmillitus,DM)患者血中维生素C (S -VC)、维生素E (S -VE)、β-胡萝卜素 (β-Carrotene,S - β-CAR)水平。分析患者每日膳食上述成分供给量。方法 用亚铁嗪显色分光光度法对 41例 2型DM患者和 6 0例正常人进行外周血VC、VE、β -CAR检测。 结果 2型DM患者S -VC、S -VE、S - β-CAR水平均明显低于正常 (P <0 0 1)。 8例患者食谱分析示上述三种营养素供给量均有不同程度不足。结论 2型DM患者上述三种营养素水平低下可能在DM慢性并发症发生发展中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the levels of serum vitamin C (S-VE) and β-carotene (S-β-CAR) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM). Analysis of patients daily diet of these ingredients supply. Methods Peripheral blood VC, VE and β-CAR were detected in 41 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 60 normal persons by ferrous oxazine colorimetric spectrophotometry. Results The levels of S - VC, S - VE, S - β - CAR in type 2 DM patients were significantly lower than those in normal controls (P <0.01). Recipe analysis of 8 patients showed that the supply of the above three kinds of nutrients had different degrees of insufficiency. Conclusions The low level of these three nutrients in type 2 DM patients may play an important role in the development of chronic complications of DM.
