针对刚果(金)某铜钴矿选矿所得硫化铜钴精矿进行了沸腾焙烧试验研究。研究表明,在焙烧温度620℃、空气线速度0.43 m/s、风矿比3.33 m3/kg的条件下,硫化铜钴精矿焙烧效果较好。焙砂和焙烧烟尘酸浸试验结果进一步验证了最佳焙烧条件,焙砂铜、钴、铁浸出率分别为96.43%,87.06%和10.89%,焙烧烟尘铜、钴、铁浸出率分别为96.32%,84.02%和17.12%。试验研究结果为该类型铜钴矿选冶联合工艺选择及后期工业化应用提供了实验数据与技术支持。
Aiming at the copper-cobalt sulphide concentrate obtained from a copper-cobalt ore dressing in Congo (DRC), the roasting and roasting experiment was conducted. The results show that under the conditions of 620 ℃ calcination temperature, 0.43 m / s air velocity and 3.33 m3 / kg wind ratio, the copper-cobalt sulphide concentrate roasting well. The result of acid leaching experiment of calcination and roasting fume further verified that the best calcination conditions were as follows: the leaching rates of calcine, copper, cobalt and iron were 96.43%, 87.06% and 10.89% respectively, the leaching rates of copper, cobalt and iron were respectively 96.32% , 84.02% and 17.12% respectively. The experimental results provide experimental data and technical support for the selection of the copper-cobalt ore dressing and smelting joint craft and the post-industrial application.
