通过对山东省日照市两区两县信息技术教师的抽样调查发现,教师对网页制作与网站开发、Flash动画制作和Access等数据库知识希望进行深入学习。教师在网络参与行为上呈现“较高的共享意愿,较低的共享行为”的特点,特别是信息技术教师的工作业绩评价问题比较突出。在此基础上提出进行针对性培训、通过合理的制度与文化建设促进网络共享行为和意愿、构建技术支持的网络专业发展环境等建议,以促进中小学信息技术教师专业发展。
Through the sample survey of information technology teachers in two counties and two counties in Rizhao, Shandong Province, it is found that the teachers hope to make in-depth study on the webpage making and website development, Flash animation and database knowledge such as Access. Teachers show the characteristics of “higher sharing will and lower sharing behavior” in the network participation behavior, especially for information technology teachers. On this basis, we put forward suggestions such as targeted training, promotion of network sharing behavior and willingness through reasonable system and culture construction, and establishment of network professional development environment of technical support so as to promote the professional development of information technology teachers in primary and secondary schools.
