目的:探讨在肾细胞癌中survivin基因的表达及其与细胞凋亡的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学技术和末端脱氧核苷酸转移酶介导的X-dUTP缺口末端标记法(TUNEL)检测41例肾细胞癌中survivin基因的表达与细胞凋亡情况。结果:41例肾细胞癌survivin阳性率为56.1%(23/41),9例正常肾组织survivin无表达,差别有显著意义(P<0.01)。Survivin表达与肾细胞癌病理类型无明显相关(P>0.05),与肾细胞癌病理分期和病理分级明显相关(P<0.05)。Survivin表达与调亡指数呈负相关(n=12,r=-0.58)(P<0.01)。结论:Survivin基因与肾细胞癌病程发展、恶性程度明显相关,对细胞凋亡有抑制作用,在肾癌的发生和发展中起重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression of survivin gene and its relationship with apoptosis in renal cell carcinoma. Methods: Survivin gene expression and apoptosis in 41 cases of renal cell carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemistry and terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase mediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL). Results: The positive rate of survivin in 41 cases of renal cell carcinoma was 56.1% (23/41), while no expression of survivin was found in 9 cases of normal renal tissues. The difference was significant (P <0.01). There was no significant correlation between the expression of Survivin and the pathological type of renal cell carcinoma (P> 0.05), which was significantly associated with the pathological grade and pathological grade of renal cell carcinoma (P <0.05). Survivin expression was inversely correlated with apoptosis index (n = 12, r = -0.58) (P <0.01). CONCLUSIONS: Survivin gene is significantly associated with the development of renal cell carcinoma and the degree of malignancy, and has an inhibitory effect on apoptosis. It plays an important role in the development and progression of renal cell carcinoma.
