非开挖顶管技术的质量监控与对策分析

城市污水管网改造中的人工开挖满足不了城市发展的需要,在重庆市沙坪坝区主城污水排水管网的建设过程中,由于城市道路和地段的特殊性。近几年来,共有四个工程项目采用了非开挖顶管技术,取得了成功,并保质保量按时完成,管网排污功能与运行效果良好,为企业创造了经济效益和社会效益。本文根据非开挖顶管的技术特点,从各工序环节如何开展质量监控与存在问题的对策着手,总结了质量监控的经验和解决问题的对策。能为各参建单位抓好质量提供帮助。 In the reconstruction of urban sewage pipe network, artificial excavation can not meet the needs of urban development. Due to the particularity of urban roads and lots in the construction of the main urban sewage drainage network in Shapingba District of Chongqing City, In recent years, a total of four projects using non-excavation pipe jacking technology has achieved success, and the quality and quantity of the timely completion of pipe network sewage function and operating results are good, for the enterprise to create economic and social benefits. Based on the technical characteristics of non-excavation pipe jacking, this paper starts with the countermeasures of how to carry out quality control and existing problems in each process step, sums up the experience of quality control and the countermeasures to solve the problems. For the participation of construction units do a good job in providing quality assistance.
