细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)是在细胞表面表达的具有介导细胞间或细胞与细胞外基质相互作用的糖蛋白,它可增强白细胞与血管内皮细胞间的黏附,促进炎症的发生和发展。ICAM-1在糖尿病大血管病变中的作用已得到认识,在微血管损害中的作用也逐渐引起研究者的关注。近年研究发现ICAM-1与糖尿病肾病的关系十分密切。对ICAM-1的研究将为糖尿病肾病的诊疗提供新的途径。
Intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) is a glycoprotein expressed on the cell surface that mediates cell-cell or extracellular matrix interactions and enhances the adhesion between leukocytes and vascular endothelial cells and promotes inflammation development of. The role of ICAM-1 in diabetic macroangiopathy has been recognized and the role of ICAM-1 in microvascular damage has gradually attracted the attention of researchers. Recent studies have found that ICAM-1 and diabetic nephropathy are closely related. The research on ICAM-1 will provide a new way for the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
