根据冶金熔体的物理化学性质,可以确定冶金熔体是属于粘性流体。利用同一牛顿流体在任何剪切速率下的粘度相同这一特点,给出了一个用拟牛顿流体原理检验冶金熔体的流动特性的方法。将普通固定转速高温粘度计改造为可调转速,可测出熔体的流动特性,进而能确定熔体是否为牛顿流体。
Depending on the physicochemical properties of the metallurgical melt, it can be determined that the metallurgical melt is a viscous fluid. Using the same viscosity of Newtonian fluid at any shear rate, a new method to test the flow characteristics of metallurgical melt by Quasi-Newtonian fluid theory is given. The ordinary fixed speed high temperature viscometer transformed into adjustable speed, can measure the flow characteristics of the melt, and then be able to determine whether the melt is Newtonian fluid.
