本文论述了超高压工作缸的失效分析过程及其结果。通过对破缸的材质、工艺、结构的检验分析,以及理论强度计算与实验应力分析(电测与光弹)的对比,找到了超高压工作缸早期失效的主要原因,提出了改进措施。改进后的超高压工作缸在实际服役条件下的疲劳试验结果表明,其寿命有显著的提高(2.5~3倍),因而证实了上述措施的合理性与可靠性。本文的分析和研究成果,可供有关设计与生产者参考。
This article discusses the failure analysis process and its results for the EHV cylinder. By analyzing the material, process and structure of the broken cylinder, and comparing the theoretical strength calculation with the experimental stress analysis (electrical measurement and photoelasticity), the main causes of the early failure of the working cylinder are found and the improvement measures are put forward. The fatigue test results of the improved EHV cylinder under actual service conditions show that the service life of the improved EHV cylinder significantly increases (2.5-3 times), thus confirming the rationality and reliability of the above measures. This paper’s analysis and research results, for design and producer reference.
