目的:对人参皂苷中三醇类皂苷成分进行分离提纯和含量测定。方法:采用柱层析分离人参总皂苷中三醇类皂苷,并采用薄层色谱法、UV法、HPLC法测定其含量。结果:三醇型皂苷在0.5~5μg进样量范围内与其峰面积积分呈良好的线性关系(R2=1),平均回收率为99.44%,RSD=1.23%(n=9)。人参总皂苷中三醇类皂苷含量为15.68%。结论:该方法操作简便、精密度高,为人参三醇类皂苷成分的进一步研究应用提供了参考依据。
OBJECTIVE: To separate and purify and determine the content of triol saponin in ginsenosides. Methods: The crude saponin of ginsenosides was separated by column chromatography and its content was determined by TLC, UV and HPLC. Results: The linearity (R2 = 1) of triol type saponin in the range of 0.5 ~ 5μg injection volume was obtained. The average recovery was 99.44% and RSD was 1.23% (n = 9). Ginseng total saponin triol saponin content of 15.68%. Conclusion: The method is simple, high precision and provides a reference for the further research and application of the components of ginseng.
