通过对模具制造业现状的分析,将“云制造”引入模具行业,提出了一种由分布式模具制造资源、模具云制造服务平台和客户端组成的模具协同设计制造系统的体系架构。通过两个假设的案例,探讨了在这种新的模式下模具设计制造思路及其实施技术,并以案例分析进一步描述了其流程。基于云制造的模具协同制造模式对于提高制造资源及其设计加工制造能力的利用效率、缩短模具制造周期、降低企业成本、加快模具开发进程具有重要意义。
By analyzing the current situation of mold manufacturing industry, “Cloud Manufacturing ” was introduced into the mold industry, and a system architecture of mold collaborative design and manufacturing system consisting of distributed mold manufacturing resources, mold cloud manufacturing service platform and client was proposed. Through two hypothetical cases, this article discusses the mold design and manufacturing ideas and implementation techniques in this new model, and further describes the process with a case study. Cloud-based mold collaborative manufacturing model for improving the manufacturing resources and manufacturing capacity utilization efficiency, shorten the mold manufacturing cycle, reduce business costs, accelerate the process of mold development is of great significance.
