本文重新审视了领导者—成员交换理论,指出了以往研究中所存在的不足。在此基础上,提出了一个新的理论视角用于描述领导者和下属之间互相交换关系。以往的西方学者研究中,将领导者—成员交换设定为一对一或一对多的垂直关系之间的交换。但本文通过研究试图证明这种模式的交换并不是领导者—成员唯一的交换途径,即二者之间还可以存在着跨层级的交换模式,由此本文提出了领导—成员间的跨层级交换关系,从而对现有的LMX理论做出扩展。
This paper re-examines the leader-member exchange theory and points out the shortcomings in the past research. On this basis, a new theoretical perspective is proposed to describe the exchange relationship between leaders and subordinates. In the previous studies of Western scholars, the leader-member exchange was set as the one-to-one or one-to-many exchange of vertical relations. However, this study tries to prove that the exchange of this model is not the only exchange way between the leaders and the members, that is, the cross-level exchange model exists between the two. Therefore, this paper proposes the leadership-member cross-level exchange Relationship, thus extending the existing LMX theory.
