从胚悬浮培养物中分离出的‘键’来檬原生质体与‘伏令夏’橙叶片原生质体融合产生了种间异源四倍体体细胞杂种植株。杂种植株再生是原生质体融合后杂种组织体细胞胚胎发生能力提高的作用。体细胞杂种已被叶片形态、染色体数和礴酸葡糖变位酶酶谱的分析鉴定证实。杂种植株长势极强,其形态介于两亲本之间。这种杂种的产生对于柑桔品种改良具有重要意义。
Interspecific allotetraploid tetraploid hybrid plants were produced by the fusion of the ’key’ protoplasts isolated from the embryonic suspension cultures with the protoplasts of the ’vuxian’ orange leaves. Hybrid plant regeneration is the role of improved ability of somatic embryogenesis in hybrid tissues after protoplast fusion. Somatic hybrids have been confirmed by analysis of leaf morphology, chromosome number and glucuronosyltransferase zymogram. Hybrid plants grow very strong, the shape between the two parents. The production of such hybrids is of great importance to the improvement of citrus varieties.
