随着韩资企业在华投资和经营规模的扩大,跨文化管理成为日益重要的课题,本文基于霍夫斯泰德的文化维度理论对中韩文化的差异性进行了分析,并从韩资企业管理的角度对韩资企业文化冲突的原因进行了解析。
With the expansion of investment and business scale of Korean-funded enterprises in China, cross-cultural management has become an increasingly important issue. This paper analyzes the cultural differences between China and South Korea based on Hofstede’s cultural dimension theory. From the perspective of Korean-funded enterprises From the perspective of management, this paper analyzes the causes of the cultural conflict in Korean-funded enterprises.
