目的:探讨肺积1号方对la-795肺腺癌小鼠移植瘤微血管密度(MVD)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的影响。方法:将50只T739小鼠在其右前肢腋窝皮下接种0.2 ml/只,接种24 h后随机分为空白对照组(生理盐水灌胃)、肺积1号方小剂量组(7.5 mg/ml,灌服0.4 ml/只,1次/d)、肺积1号方大剂量组(15 mg/ml,灌服0.4 ml/只,1次/d)、DDP组(1 mg/kg,调整浓度至0.1 mg/ml)和肺积1号方小剂量+DDP组(中药灌服方法同肺积1号方小剂量组,DDP给药方法同DDP组),采用CD31和VEGF免疫组化染色方法观察肺积1号方对移植瘤MVD、VEGF表达的抑制作用。结果:各实验组MVD和VEGF表达与空白对照组比较均减低(P<0.01);肺积1号方大剂量组和肺积1号方小剂量+DDP组与DDP组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:肺积1号方抑制la-795肺腺癌小鼠移植瘤MVD、VEGF的表达。
Objective: To investigate the effect of “Pianji No.1” on the microvessel density (MVD) and the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in la mice bearing la-795 lung adenocarcinoma. Methods: Fifty T739 mice were subcutaneously inoculated into the armpit of the right forelimb with 0.2 ml per animal. After 24 hours of inoculation, mice were randomly divided into blank control group (intragastrically with normal saline), small dose of JXJ1 (7.5 mg / ml) (1 mg / kg), DDP group (1 mg / kg, dosing group, 0.4 mg / Concentration of 0.1 mg / ml) and DDP group (the traditional Chinese medicine was given in the same way as the low dose group of DDP 1 DDP and the DDP group). There was significant difference between the DMP group and the DDP group (P <0.01). Conclusion: PDGF1 can inhibit the expression of MVD and VEGF in la-795 lung adenocarcinoma mouse xenografts.
