广东省地处亚热带的区域特点导致了当地牛奶的短缺,其新鲜牛奶的自给率还不足30%。目前,广东市场上以UHT灭菌奶为主,巴氏消毒奶的发展潜力很大。广东乳品行业在提高奶牛饲养技术的同时,还要对产品的工艺和品质进行提升和改造,将新鲜、安全、营养的奶提供给广东消费者。企业和政府要共同努力,继续加强对学生奶的开发与支持,并作为一项长期的事业去做。
The sub-tropical regional characteristics of Guangdong Province led to a shortage of local milk, and the self-sufficiency rate of fresh milk was less than 30%.
