易犯错误1:低头过早现象:在坐位体前屈练习中,学生对于何时抬头把握不准,许多学生在练习初就低头,导致躯干紧张、收腹不紧、呼吸不通畅等情况发生。原因:低头时机把握不准。改进方法:低头夹棒:2名学生一组,1名学生练习,另1名学生将体操棒放在练习者颈部前中间位置,在开始练习时,要求练习者下颌前伸,不能碰棒,当躯干前倾、腹部收紧靠近大腿时,提醒练习者迅速低头,用下颌夹紧棒。
