目的:探讨p16和PCNA表达在卵巢癌发病中的作用。方法:应用SABC免疫组化技术,检测40例卵巢上皮性癌、12例良性卵巢肿瘤和10例正常卵巢中p16和PCNA的表达,并对二者表达在卵巢上皮性癌临床分期、组织学分级、组织学类型和生存时间之关系进行探讨。结果:①p16阳性表达多见于临床期别早、高分化和生存期长的病例组,阴性多见于临床期别晚、低分化和生存期短的病例组(P<0.05)。②PCNA指数在临床期别晚、低分化和生存期短的病例组明显高于临床期别早、高分化和生存期长的病例组(分别均为P<0.01)。③p16表达与PCNA指数呈反向相关性。结论:p16和PCNA表达与卵巢上皮性癌的临床病理指标有关,在其发病中有重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the role of p16 and PCNA in the pathogenesis of ovarian cancer. Methods: The expression of p16 and PCNA in 40 cases of ovarian epithelial carcinoma, 12 cases of benign ovarian tumor and 10 cases of normal ovary were detected by SABC immunohistochemistry. The expressions of p16 and PCNA in epithelial ovarian cancer were analyzed by clinical staging, histological grade , Histological types and the relationship between survival time to explore. Results: (1) The positive expression of p16 was found in cases with early clinical stage, well-differentiated and long survival stage. The negative cases were more common in cases with late clinical stage, poorly differentiated and short survival period (P <0.05). (2) The PCNA index was significantly later in the clinical period, the cases with poorly differentiated and shorter survival time were significantly higher than the cases with early clinical stage, well-differentiated and longer survival (P <0.01, respectively). ③p16 expression was inversely correlated with PCNA index. Conclusion: The expressions of p16 and PCNA are related to the clinicopathological features of epithelial ovarian cancer and play an important role in the pathogenesis.
