滚刀的修正距是指齿顶到齿根修正部份开始点的距离,目前一般都是放在显微镜上利用直接测量法测量齿顶到压力角与修正角交点的距离。根据笔者体会,这个方法的速度漫而且所得数值不稳定,因为:(1)滚刀在磨制时压力角与修正角的直线性不好。(2)滚刀的修正角一般都不太大,所以修正角与压力角的交点实际上是一段曲綫而不是理论上的一个点。
Revised hob hob refers to the tooth root to the root of the correction part of the starting point of the distance, the current are generally placed on the microscope using direct measurement method to measure the addendum to the pressure angle and the intersection of the correction angle of the distance. According to the author’s experience, the speed of this method is diffuse and the values obtained are unstable because: (1) the linearity of the pressure angle and the correction angle of the hob when grinding is poor. (2) hob correction angle is generally not too large, so the correction angle and pressure angle of intersection is actually a curve rather than a theoretical point.
