国有企业是全面建成小康社会的重要力量,是中国特色社会主义的重要支柱,是公有制为主体的经济基础的重要体现。目前,国有企业面临的市场环境日趋复杂、竞争程度日益激烈,国有企业内部产权结构多元化、治理结构规范化趋势越来越明显,企业员工的个性化、自主化特征日趋明显,给国有企业党建工作带来了机遇的同时,也在接受新的挑战。笔者根据实际的工作经验,主要针对新时期如何加强国有企业干部队伍建设进行分析和讨论。
