目的探讨红花黄色素对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者内皮祖细胞(endothelial progenitor cells,EPCs)数量及血清炎性因子(TNF-α、IL-6)的影响。方法将176例ACS住院患者,随机分为两组,每组各88例,治疗组(常规基础治疗加红花黄色素静脉滴注)和对照组(仅应用常规基础治疗),两组患者均于发病后7天检测EPCs数量及血清中TNF-α、IL-6的含量。结果与对照组相比,治疗组患者EPCs数量明显高于对照组,血清TNF-α、IL-6含量明显低于对照组,且有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论红花黄色素能够显著增加ACS患者EPCs的数量、降低血清TNF-α、IL-6的含量。
Objective To investigate the effects of safflor yellow on the number of endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) and serum inflammatory cytokines (TNF-α and IL-6) in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Methods A total of 176 hospitalized ACS patients were randomly divided into two groups (88 in each group). The patients in the treatment group (conventional basic treatment with safflower yellow vein infusion) and the control group (conventional basic treatment only) The number of EPCs and the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in serum were detected 7 days after onset. Results Compared with the control group, the number of EPCs in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The levels of serum TNF-α and IL-6 in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Safflower yellow pigment can significantly increase the number of EPCs in ACS patients and decrease the levels of serum TNF-α and IL-6.
