海洋观测仪器是人类进行海洋资源勘查和水文参数采集的必备工具。针对部分国产海洋观测仪器可靠性水平较低的问题,对该类仪器可靠性试验技术及相关标准进行了探索。考虑到国产海洋观测仪器的特殊性,提出了在仪器工程研制阶段开展适当的可靠性增长摸底试验来暴露产品的潜在缺陷并初步评估产品的可靠性水平。首先,简要介绍了可靠性试验的分类及应用阶段;其次,分析了在海洋观测仪器开展可靠性摸底增长试验的适应性问题;最后,以新研制GPS测波浮标为例,设计了可靠性摸底增长试验方案并开展了实验室试验验证。
Ocean observation equipment is an indispensable tool for human exploration of marine resources and acquisition of hydrological parameters. In view of the low reliability of some domestically produced marine observing instruments, the reliability testing techniques and related standards of such instruments are explored. Considering the particularity of domestically produced marine observing instruments, this paper presents the potential defects of exposing the products by conducting appropriate reliability growth proficiency tests in the stage of instrumentation engineering and initially evaluating the reliability of the products. First of all, the classification and application stage of reliability test are briefly introduced. Secondly, the adaptability of reliability test of ocean observing instrument is analyzed. Finally, the new GPS test buoy is taken as an example to design the reliability test Increase the test program and carry out laboratory tests.
