目的:建立二十味肉豆蔻丸(肉豆蔻、沉香、丁香、红花等)的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对处方中乳香、丁香、降香、沉香进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定肉豆蔻中去氢二异丁香酚,色谱柱为Comatex C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-水(68∶32),检测波长274 nm,体积流量1.0 mL·min-1。结果:薄层鉴别均斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。去氢二异丁香酚在0.036 8~0.184μg线性关系良(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为100.17%,RSD 1.11%。结论:研究建立的方法专属性强、简便、灵敏、重复性好,能有效控制二十味肉豆蔻丸的内在质量。
Objective: To establish a quality control method of 20 taste nutmeg pills (nutmeg, incense, clove, safflower, etc.). Methods: The prescriptions of frankincense, clove, hypoglycemic and alopecia were identified by thin layer chromatography (TLC). Dehydrogenated isoeugenol in nutmeg was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The chromatographic column was Comatex C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was methanol-water (68:32). The detection wavelength was 274 nm and the volume flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1. Results: All the spots were clearly differentiated by TLC and had no interference with negative control. Dehydrogenation of isoeugenol in 0.036 8 ~ 0.184μg good linear relationship (r = 0.999 6), the average recovery was 100.17%, RSD 1.11%. Conclusion: The established method has the characteristics of specificity, simplicity, sensitivity and repeatability. It can effectively control the intrinsic quality of 20 taste cardamom pills.
