新经济条件下,企业的发展越来越多的基于核心竞争能力,企业已经成为一种能力型组织。企业要想获得利润和长期发展,就必须要根据自身的核心能力,不断对自身的核心业务进行调整,实现核心能力与利润区的匹配。对于核心能力处于利润区之内的企业来讲,企业应当集中自身资源,重点发展核心能力业务,并进一步强化核心能力,争取做到该领域第一。对于核心能力处于利润区之外的企业来讲,一般有三种选择:保持并强化核心能力业务,尽快进入利润区业务;专注并强化核心业务,同时对价值链进行整合,实现核心业务与利润区的统一;调整核心能力,实现核心业务再定位。
