金刚石钻探具有质量好、效率高、事故少、消耗省等一系列优点,国外固体矿产勘探大多采用这种方法。国内实践也已显示出优越性,特别是岩矿心采取率低或孔斜严重的矿区,用金刚石钻探后工程质量得到了保证和提高,受到广大地质职工欢迎。目前地质系统小口径钻探约占岩心钻探工作量的百分之二十三,距“两年打基础,三年大发展,十年基本上实现小口径化”的规划目标相差尚远。为什么推广这样缓慢呢?问题的症结之一是我们管理工作存在一些弊病,阻碍了小口径钻探的顺利发展。下面结合我们江西省地质局的实际情况,对加速金刚石钻探的发展提出几点建议。
Diamond drilling has a series of advantages such as good quality, high efficiency, less accidents, consumption and so on. Most overseas solid mineral exploration uses this method. The domestic practice has also shown its superiority. In particular, the ore mining area with low rock core or hole inclination is serious. The quality of the project after drilling with diamond has been guaranteed and enhanced, and has been welcomed by the majority of geological workers. At present, the small-borehole drilling in geological systems accounts for about 23% of the core drilling workload, which is far from the planning goal of “laying a foundation for two years, developing for three years and basically reducing the caliber in ten years”. Why promote this slow? One of the crux of the problem is that some shortcomings in our management work have hindered the smooth development of small-diameter drilling. The following combined with our actual situation in Jiangxi Province Geological Bureau, to speed up the development of diamond drilling put forward some suggestions.
