交通、产业和空间协同发展的理论研究与实践——以南京市为例

随着城市规模日益庞大、功能日趋复杂,交通对城市空间组织的影响越来越大。产业一直充当二者演绎的媒介,而产业一方面离不开交通运输,另一方面又与城市空间规划息息相关。因此,传统的单一、单向、封闭的城市交通规划模式亟需向交通产业空间三要素统筹融合的综合城市交通体系转变。笔者以南京为例,以综合交通基础设施、产业布局及空间结构优化与完善在城市内部的协同为重点,提出建立新型综合交通规划体系的构想。 With the increasingly large-scale cities and the increasingly complex functions, the impact of transportation on urban spatial organization is getting bigger and bigger. The industry has always served as a medium for the interpretation of the two. However, the industry can not do without the transportation on the one hand and is closely related to urban space planning on the other. Therefore, the traditional single, one-way, and closed urban transport planning model urgently needs to transform into a comprehensive urban transport system in which the three elements of the transport industry are integrated and integrated. Taking Nanjing as an example, the author puts forward the conception of establishing a new type of comprehensive traffic planning system focusing on the comprehensive coordination of traffic infrastructure, industrial layout and optimization and improvement of spatial structure in the city.
