考察了对甲苯磺酸、磷钼酸和对甲苯磺酸-磷钼酸复配催化剂在醋酸丁酯合成反应中的催化性能以及对304不锈钢的腐蚀性能,初步推断了磷钼酸的缓蚀机理。实验结果表明,对甲苯磺酸和磷钼酸均具有较好的催化活性,两者复配可起到协同催化作用,可达到硫酸的催化活性;磷钼酸是一种性能优良的阳极型缓蚀剂,在ω(p-C6H5SO3H)=0 5%~1 5%、ω(CH3COOH)=46 0%、ω(HPMo)=0 1%~0 2%,温度100~120℃的条件下,腐蚀速度小于0 005g/m2·h。
