一九八五年初,上海科大辐射应用研究所在研制成功通用型软角膜接触镜的基础上,为制造超薄型软角膜接触镜解决材料问题。采用辐射聚合新型配方工艺材料(甲基丙烯酸β—羟乙脂)研制成功的超薄型软镜,因不加入任何引发剂有害物质。所以,质地纯净,无毒害。具有优良的物理机械性能,如抗张强度、断裂延伸率、透氧率和纯净度大于国内外同类产品(见附表)。柔软而富有弹性,含水量高而透气性能好,对角膜影响
In early 1985, based on the successful development of universal soft contact lenses, Shanghai Institute of Radiation Applications developed a solution to the material problem for the manufacture of ultra-thin soft contact lenses. The use of radiation polymerization of new formula technology materials (β-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) developed a successful ultra-thin soft mirror, because no initiator of any harmful substances.
